Peace With God | Romans 5:1
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Romans 5:1
Our peace with God is not something we earn by being good enough. Through faith in Jesus Christ, after our initial salvation of Acts 2:38, we are justified and brought into a restored relationship with God. When feelings of guilt or inadequacy try to pull us backward, we can remember what Christ has already accomplished for us.
Today: Thank God for the peace you have with Him through Jesus. Rest in what Christ has done rather than trying to earn what He has already provided.
